Oval Shoulder Syndrome (OSS)

Where a female stores fat in the shoulders and arms in such a way that from the bicep up, would form a straight line then curving perfectly at the shoulder and back down again, forming a flawless oblong, the oval.

"She's really put on weight since high school." "Yes, I agree, notice the Oval Shoulder Syndrome (OSS)."
