It is the worst swear you could ever use and must be used with caution. It is very disrespectful and can cause people to cry. It refers to the most hideous thing you could think of and means your as smart as poop

“Hey look at this outfit I picked out! Isn’t it smart and beautiful?”

“EW NO! YOUR SUCH A SHNOGISHBOGISH!”
