shitholer 

(1) A person who has immigrated from one of the African countries or Haiti, countries President Donald Trump allegedly referred to contemptuously as "shithole countries" or shitholes, at a White House meeting on January 11, 2018. Usually it is asserted either pejoratively about another person (sometimes as a vicious slur) or proudly about oneself.
(2) More widely, usually a self-assertion expressing pride or claiming a badge of honor: a person who has immigrated from, or claims to be a descendent of immigrants from, any country that has been the butt of contemptuous criticism for its impoverishment or for the moral inferiority of its inhabitants.

Sense (2): I am a proud 'shitholer.' My family was called wops and mackerel eaters. I'm proud of that. We came when people from Ireland and Italy were seen as dirty people. Dirty Catholics who didn't belong in a Protestant country. (Philip Mudd on CNN TV, Jan. 11, 2018 )

shitlover 

An individual that allows family and friends to treat them like shit. The individual gets tired of having to tolerate the bullshit treatment and will cry to people that don't treat them like shit and these people that never shit on that individual will be there for support. But then the individual wants to tolerate being shit on again by their family or friends and then the people giving the individual their support end up having to deal with that individuals shit.

The shitlover is a lost cause and always ends up going back for more so don't even get involved or you will be a shitlover too.

Shittower

Shittower is Something you do before getting dressed to go to work you take a shit and then immediately shower.

However in some extreme circumstances and if you are in a real hurry you can combine the act of shiting and showering to just one act of shittowering.

I just finished my coffee and i am going to shittower and get out here.
