Sheet Metal Salute

Giving the middle finger to co-workers on construction sites. Originated in Kansas City, Local#2 by Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker William "Billy" Chrestman who flipped off his fellow "tinners" as a sign of approval or respect. It is also kown as "the salute" or "The Mighty Deuce".
