The evolved form of Scomo. When a Scomo does nothing in a national crisis it will accumulate enough lack of XP to evolve into Scumo. It earns double lack of XP if it takes a holiday.

Scomo did so little it evolved into scumo 1 day into its leadership position.

Describes a person who claims to do work then leaves when you need them the most and try’s to get good publicity by giving crappy handshakes that makes them look like a publicity whore or publicity hound

Scumo 

Scumo. The correct spelling of the name often erroneously cited as Scomo. To have one allegation of rape may be regarded as a misfortune, to have two looks like carelessness. As in, how, Scumo, can you pretend to not know about these claims when your own staff did? (With sincere apologies to Oscar Wilde, but I think he’d approve).

The name Scumo is incorrectly attributed as being the word Scomo.
