A person who always shows up when there's something free being given out. He also takes them by the handfuls before anyone can get any.

Schoosher 

Any bottle or jar with a trigger to spray any liquid. Often used to spray home made cleaners, plant weedkillers and insect sprays. In constant use in the kitchen, bathroom and garden. It is not a pre-filled device but purchased empty for self use.

I clean my shower screen with my schoosher filled with white vinegar and lemon juice.
