schizanoid

Being so paranoid that it begins to effect others around you. As close to schizophrenia as possible with all the extras. Such as committing acts of violence without knowing or caring for the consequences of your actions.

That guy that goes all over town screaming and reaching ballistic levels of incomprehensible jibberish must be schizanoid.
