A psychological condition where one truly believes in their own bullshit, despite knowledge of contrary evidence that proves otherwise.

"Hey Frank!, how can you say, that you look like Hugh Hefner ?, when the Scatillogical evidence suggests that you have never even had a girlfriend?"
