A walking aid used usually designed to help infirm people be mobile, but often taken from Facebook free sites by cunning people to defraud the UK Welfare system or obtain a Disability parking permit.

Jeez!! Jackie was flying down Scarborough promenade since Dave nicked that ScamPram from work for her, dirty Des couldn’t keep up with her on the way to the bogs.

an ecxlamation for the word scam. simply a word to point out that a scam has just been performed, whether it be good or bad.

man-1: Dude, I totally nailed that girl last night.
man-2: Scamarama. Nicely done.

woman: That man just stole my purse.
innocent bystander (to himself): Scamarama.
