A less commonly known cousin of the "Fur Burger." A muffin sandwich is composed of two ass cheeks that play the part of the bread buns, and in between lies the woman's vagina which makes the "yummy" portion of the sandwich.

Mark was hungry for sex, so he ate out his girlfriend's muffin sandwich.
