Sac jockey

A person who is constantly bothering you or biting your style. Thus, they ride your sack like a jockey rides a race horse.

"Hey Tom, here comes Jim."

"Yeah, I see him."

"Why does he have to dress just like I do?"

"Well, he's a sac jockey."
