A synonym for 'social energy'.

Senergy or social energy is the feeling of motivation or lack of for social situations.

Introverts, contrary to popular belief, can enjoy social situations as much as anyone. However, they find social interactions drain their senergy, and after a time they need to revert to introverted methods to regain their senergy; such as reading, or simply spending time in their own company.

Extroverts also enjoy social interactions and actually gain senergy from social interactions. For an extrovert, prolonged typical introverted tasks or experiences are actually draining on the extrovert's senergy, and they will seek out social interaction in order to recharge it.

Most people fall somewhere on a spectrum between extremes of extrovert and introvert and as such will require both alone-time and time in a social setting, not only for enjoyment but to keep a balanced and charged senergy level.
I have enjoyed the party but my senergy is running really low, I must bid you fare thee well.

I haven't seen anyone in days, I need to meet some friends and recharge my senergy!
