Russian Wedgie 

An uncomfortable or painful tightening of the underwear in the front, separating the testis in the scrotum or the labia. Very similar to a frontal wedgie. It may occur due to a practical joke in which someone pulls the front of the pants/underwear so that there is discomfort or pain. It may also occur on its own when the underpants ride high.

1. I can't believe you gave him a russian wedgie because he wouldn't say uncle!

2. That movie was good, but boy did sitting in the theater give me a russian wedgie!
