Rukhaiya was the name of prophet Muhammads daughter. It is a name that signifies a freedom-loving and free-spirited individual. Nothing is conventional with this people's love of change and adventure. Rukhaiya make sensible decisions very quickly, especially in a dangerous or difficult situation. Only special people have this name. People who has a frnd or a member in there life named as rukhaiya are just lucky. As well they are gud in all activities.
