Rosecrans is best known as the "party dorm" and the dorm that wins every single competition against all the other dorms (i.e dodgeball, football, volleyball, school spirit, etc.) In fact, the only contest Rosecrans doesn't win is The Knowledge Bowl, but I'm not concerned with books n shit. To take something small, that doesn't quite qualify as a theft. Probably from the Danish "skæv" or the Dutch "scheef", both of which are pronounced similarly, meaning "askew, or not quite right'. To change an item's ownership without permission, but only something small and of little worth.
