Traffic police. Particularly motorcycle cops see: white-elephant. Thus named because they appear out of nowhere and mess up your shit.

I just busted a platinum highchair down the highway, and now I've got road lint on my arse.

Lint-Free Road

A road less traveled; a back road; often taken to avoid police, aka "the fuzz". Where the word lint comes from in the term.

Lisa took the lint-free road, even though it was unlit, dirt, and flooded with pot holes, to avoid getting stopped by the cops.
