A person who understands and believes in the power and impact of high quality relationships, and the significant benefits that they can have in many of the critical aspects of life and business.
Relationeers are intentional and do not leave interpersonal dynamics to chance.
They authentically cultivate relationships to be high functioning and to create and align the conditions for success.

The deal was concluded successfully because they behaved like true relationeers and ensured that the relationships were high functioning and underpinned by a win-win intention for all parties.
