When a white male walks with his pants down to his knees showing most of his pale white and pink ass.
The purpose is to mock the fact young black males do it without thinking of it all the time.

Last night Travis did a Red Nigger Moon in front of all of us because we saw some gangsta doing the same thing, he just wanted to fit in.
