A piece of shit that will mooch off anyone they meet with the intention of never paying them back. Most often will be a functioning alcoholic and will brag about fucking bar whores. Can also be known as Rat or Rat fink.

An untrustworthy loser.
Steals from parents and grandparents, doesn't spend time with their kids.
Generally born in or near the hood, occasionally country towns will shit them out like the garbage they are.
