A Ratnakirti is someone who is into short haired girls, a switch in bed and totally oblivious to the fact that you're hitting on him. Seems like a pretty cool guy. Ratnakirtis have a way with cats but don't get no pussy irl, which is ironic. They whine about how they aint got no bitches but are too blind to notice when a chick makes a pass at them.
