RCV

RCV or Regularly Cunt Voice is the name used to describe a person that has no noticeable distinction in vocal tone when when they speak in different situations that call for different vocal tones.

Jennifer - "My dog died today."
Rachel - "I'm so sorry for your loss"
Jennifer - "Sarcastic much?"
Rachel - "Sorry I have RCV, I can't help it. Truly, sorry for your loss."
