A term used to describe a tribe of women who have performed actions that were less than satisfactory.

Penny: I tried to clean the house.
Jeff: Look woman you gonna have to join the tribe!
Penny: What tribe?
Jeff as he kicks her shins: The Quick-to-kick-a-bitch!
