A term derived from the far east side of Indianapolis. Describes a ponytail with just a few short strands of hair that sits on top of a woman's head and the rest of the hair is gel'd down (most likely matted).
Using the arrow sticker on the inside of the casing it could be used as a Squaid-o-meter to detect the presence of Squaids. It could also be used to detect people who were 'going sick'.
