the term used when denoting a situation when two close people kill themselves, both in resemblance to the other, usually in a span of two months. Moreover the latter might do it on the former's birthday.

Using an assumed identity to sneak into a highly exclusive, sold-out event. Specifically, impersonating a real, low-level member of the media /press (e.g. Chris Smith, Fox News graphics department) to gain entry into a major tournament, concert, prize fight etc.

Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
