Prudist

A person who upholds outdated or overly moralistic attitudes, especially about topics like sexuality, health, or personal choices, often leading to judgment or shaming of others. Prudists tend to enforce rigid social norms that perpetuate stigma and discrimination, such as slut-shaming, health shaming, or body shaming.
Someone who acts all judgy and old-school about things like sex, relationships, or health—basically, a vibe killer who shames people for living their lives. Prudists love to enforce outdated rules and make others feel bad for stuff that’s totally normal.
