Procrastillusion

To procrastinate a task by substituting it with a task which gives the illusion of being relevant to the task one is actively delaying.

Wasting hours surfing for the best To Do List software and setting it up (instead of actually doing anything on the list) would give the procrastillusion of starting the task.
