A non-homogenous multi-ethnic global teaching culture that exists online often searching for greater independence, better standards of living, and better educational materials. This community often struggles with efficiency as their efforts to progress are hindered by negligent Preply Masters protected by the "Responsible team." The "support' effectively prevents any direct interaction between the Preplysians and the Responsible team, thus denying any real progress for this global academic community as a whole.
