A derrogative portmanteau of the words portmanteau and entrepreneur, that refers to a relatively recent trend in certain online communities (usually in the online marketing & life coaching niches) of people trying to oversell their skills & services by using a whole slew of different portmanteaus involving the word "entrepreneur" while describing themselves.
