1. The scum, or remains, of feces.

2. An irritating, or stupid person, or just someone you dont particularly enjoy.

example 1: Dude come into the bathroom and look at all my poop scum!

example 2: Wow Jaren, your such a POOP SCUM!

Poop-scum 

A person who is acting like an idiot or being a total freaking jerk.

My friend in elemtary school always told me I was being a poop-scum when I teased her at recess.

When I was driving today some poop-scum cut me off and then gave me the finger.
