To tell someone who is straight (or LGBTQ+) that they are of a different sexuality. It is usually considered offensive and unacceptable. It's pretty much another way of putting someone. Common occurrences to happen are betting on sexuality and forcing someone to act (straight, gay, etc.)
"Regan is gay. I don't care if he says he's straight, he's gay, I can be in charge of policing sexuality if I want."
