the cylinder type of filter used in some tobacco pipes in order to cut back on tar inhalation. the result of this also restricts the draw and can make your pipe smell like turd if the filter is left in the pipe too long.

Pipe Diaper

A make-shift wrapper (e.g., napkin, paper towel, toilet paper) used to keep a pipe from dribbling on your head.

Marc: "Oooooooh that pipe just dripped down my back"

Matt: "For realz... let's call an expert to plumb that pipe"

Marissa: "Forget that, I'll put a pipe diaper on it."
