A marijuana cigarette (joint) of particularly large diameter and length such that it resembles the leg of a swine.

Any kind of hand rolled cigarette that is inconsistent in shape; due to clumsy inexperienced hands. Typically characterized as being fatter on one end or the other or even in the center.
