Phantasia Syndrome

A rare lifelong condition where someone often effortlessly and realistically hallucinates on purpose, without drugs to brainstorm or stimulate themselves, but knows that their delusions aren't necessarily real.

(Although phantasia can be thrill-seeking, it can become addictive and sometimes make it difficult to focus or lead to migranes, hence why it can be classified as a disorder).
