A scenario where there are 5 men and 1 women. There is 1 penis in each of her 3 holes, and 1 in each of her hands. Can be used in a sentence as 'She was pentagled.' or 'They were pentagling her'

Well the definition is pretty clear, not much mor to add, except every1 shud hav a pentagling session at some point in thier life.
