You can tell someone is a Pennsyltucian when they sit at a redlight turning right and the sign reads "right on red" and they sit and wait for the light to turn green; When asked a simple question (ie.) Hows the weather your way? a Pennsyltucian will look like a deer in headlights and answer....."ah...not sure haven't heard the report yet?"
