To release a stream of hot urine without removing your clothes. Many people are extremely embarrassed by this, but many also secretly like the feeling of hot liquid dripping down their legs.

Person 1: Did you just pee yourself?!
Person 2: Yeah, I couldn't hold it.
Person 1: Wow, you must be embarrassed.
Person 2: Yeah, a little, but it feels really good too.

It happens when someone can not hold their pee in any longer and it shoots out inside their clothes, creating a wet spot on their crotch.
