Paxtan is a word used to mock the people of Pakistan because their national language is Urdu but it belongs to India and Indians speak it correctly. But Pakistanis particularly Punjabi Pakistanis incorrectly pronounce the name of their own country as Paxtan instead of Pakistan.

"Paxtan" is how indians say and write the country name "Pakistan" in their own unique, local English like the ones we heard from the call centers of "Maickrosoft".
