Palkoitis

A mental illness, commonly found in teachers, who have the following symptoms: absent to almost every class, refuses to teach, rarely gives homework, and even more rarely grades it.

Man, my math teacher has a bad case of Palkoitis, he comes in twenty minutes late to every class.
