A combination of the words "Pale" and "Mexican" meaning a very white or pale Mexican or Hispanic person.

Alberto: Have you seen Matthew Sosa?
Brooks: Yeah, he's really pale, and I find it hard to believe he's Mexican.
Alberto: Yep, so I guess he's a Paleican.
