Colloquial term deployed mostly in mid-Wales and border-lands. Derived from agricultural pronunciation of the English phrase; 'How are you?'. Often attached to suffix: 'Laa' meaning lad (esp. drinking friend), or 'mon' ('monner') meaning mate. pron. 'ooh-err-yer(-laa)?'
