the loss of memory in a supreme, omnipotent, and omniscient entity that manifests as forgetting events such as when they created the universe and the tiny creatures serving as their entertainment.

Zeus chugged a flask of wine that, unbeknownst to him, had been spiked by Hermes with 100 proof ambrosia. Finding himself greatly inebriated and unshackled from all responsibilities, he slung an endless blitz of lightning bolts upon the mortal plane, causing great destruction and hardship for the few survivors. Immensely pleased with himself, he stumbled and fell unconscious, waking up with a severe case of omnescia. Confused by his existence and the endless pleas for mercy and help from the stick figures below, he created a golden dragon and charted a course towards a far away galaxy.
