A person who calls oinks on an object, in some cases a person, will have full ownership of said object. Any person who violates the use of oinks is liable to have their oinks privileges revoked.

Oinks is akin to dibs, but more powerful and more permanent.

Also commonly used as seat check.

I got oinks on that beer.
