A slang for any resident of a primarily English Speaking country that does not speak English. Race or country of origin does not matter. The term originates from saying "Gringo" backwards (as Gringo was an old Spanish slang for people in Spanish lands who did not speak Spanish).
"It doesn't matter how hard working that Ognirg is, he's never going get a better job unless he learns English"
"It's not the fact he's Laotian that I won't hire him, it's the fact he's an Ognirg"
"I hate my Ognirg neighbor. He blasts his music and when I tell him to keep it down he talks back to me in gibberish!"
"Nothing's worse than when an Ognirg pulls up to the drive-through. My boss'll have my ass if I don't service them, but I can't because I can't understand a word they are saying!"
