noodlebacking

When someone claims to have changed old behavior, but is actively engaging in said behavior secretly. This term can be used in a variety of circumstances, but is particularly appropriate when referring to sexual relationships between clients within a rehab center.

Tim told me he wasn't flirting with Sarah anymore, but I caught them talking dirty over facetime - he's noodlebacking hard.
