When a noob (new person, with no experience) is bugging you, and you want them to leave.

"Get on your Noob Rocket, and leave me alone."

"Noob Rocket your way outta here."

"Get on the Noob Rocket, noob."

In a video game (usually a shooter) one who uses a rocket launcher (to score cheap kills) when they could use any other weapons.

John: He was such a rocket noob. He killed me thirty times with the rocket launcher!

a player (actually not even a player) who can only get a kill with a rocket launcher. normally found in halo.
