Nolan-type

A hard-working, unskilled hockey player who can't help but stink on the ice.

A: We should sign those scrappy wingers because they are Nolan-type players.
B: Yeah, if you want to lose out the rest of the season.

A: I am a terrible hockey player with no team. Maybe Coach Nolan will take me if I can prove I am a Nolan-type player.
