A high level of public popularity/social level that has been reached by a person/celebrity because a bobblehead has been created in that persons image.

He is one of the best players on the Phillies team....he's achieved bobblehead status.

Nobblehead 

Nobblehead is often an untidy or unkempt individual who find safety in numbers, as a result they usually gather in groups or numbers of two or more and spend their life looking for reasons why somebody else is at fault for anything they have not done or not completed. When approached by others perceived to be in a more senior position they tend to move quicker than that which is normal in an attempt to either conceal the fact they are doing absolutely nothing or to appear to be moving quicker than they actually are. Nobblehead's find it difficult to stay in jobs for any length of time and usually have poorly written CV's which showing multiple roles in numerous companies, these moves are always as a result of "the management who don't have a clue"

I'm not working in their with that bunch of "Nobbleheads" or "it wasn't me, it was that Nobblehead"

suburban bobblehead 

An attractive woman who has no purpose in life other than to service her husband . Usually they have died blond hair , and are married to a much older and less attractive man . They drive around in a huge SUV’s , dont work , cook or clean . They are found all over the United States in wealthy suburban communities. There heads bob up and down as they are giving head , which is the only thing that they are good at .
