Nipple Pocket

A Nipple Pocket is when someone has a flap of skin removed from their Rear End and stitched onto their chest. Since this would cover the nipple, The nipple is removed and stitched onto the front of the pocket or skin pouch.

Person 1: Can you hold my metrocard?
Person 2: Sure, I'll put it in my Nipple Pocket.

When a person has two cans of dip/zyns in each of their front pockets, resembling that of nipples poking through a shirt.
