Neganized-To exercise absolute power or control thru the use of friends and family and or lose of life. To be exquisitely cruel or use oppressively behavior to govern or reign as a tyrant. Overbearing person who habitually badgers and intimidates everyone. A person who gleefully takes the world around him to pee pee pants city.

Our boss has completely neganized our company thru the use of lost jobs and wages. Meanwhile high-fiving the other managers on their raises.
