Narcissycho 

A person so narcissistic that they become psychotic. They tend to make other people feel crazy by accusing them of things when actually they are doing the things they are accusing the other person of.

Jimmy Walker lied for 3 years straight, he's a complete Narcissycho. He made us all believe he was a victim.

narcisshole 

A specific type of asshole, born from the unbridled love of oneself. A true narcisshole is incapable of genuine empathy and is unable to consider the needs of others if there is no benefit for themselves.

Unfortunately it is a trait common in many leaders and would appear to be highly regarded in circles consisting of weak thinkers and fellow narcissholes.

Man, did you see how Jack treated his staff? He made them all work back on his project whilst he did nothing, and then he claimed the credit for all their hard work... what a narcisshole!
